What's Included?

Boat Tour in Altea with Stops for Swimming and/or Snorkeling

You will discover impressive cliffs, underwater meadows, small hidden islands, and stories of pirates and lighthouse keepers.

Departure by boat from the Altea Yacht Club. We offer pick-up in Albir and transportation to Altea.

Hours:  

  • Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm

Total Duration: Approximately 3 hours

  • Includes full snorkeling gear consisting of: mask, snorkel, and fins for you to discover the underwater life of the Serra Gelada Natural Park
  • If you prefer not to snorkel or use a snorkel tube, you can enjoy swimming and paddle boarding that we provide on board

The point where you can do Snorkeling can be at one of these locations in the Sierra Helada Natural Park:

  • Mid Island
  • La Pileta
  • Benidorm Island
  • Mascarat

  • Boat with capacity for 12 passengers
  • Choosing one route or another will be the responsibility of the skipper, who takes into account the sea conditions on each of them, always offering passengers the best option to ensure a perfect snorkeling day in Albir
  • From 5 years of age. No previous experience required but it is essential to know how to swim minimally

What does the guided boat tour with snorkeling in Altea entail?

We offer a guided tour led by an expert biologist who will guide you throughout the snorkeling activity, where you will discover the Bay of Altea, both above and below the water.

On board our boat, you will discover impressive cliffs over 400 meters high, underwater meadows teeming with life, small hidden islands, and stories of pirates and lighthouse keepers. We will observe seabirds and, with a bit of luck, sail alongside a group of bottlenose dolphins. An unforgettable experience!

Una muy buena experiencia. Tanto por lo que ves como por el trato que recibes. Ellos dos te dan muy buenas explicaciones y la experiencia del snorkel es fantástica.

Somos una pareja que hicimos snorkel (el equipo en perfecto estado) muy completo alrededor de una isleta (vimos mogollón de peces, pulpo, estrellas de mar...) y la ruta con el barco donde incluia explicación cultural de la zona ¡cómo pescaban hace años..! El equipo a bordo, un encanto y profesionales. El aperitivo, melón y bebida, un acierto. Gracias por todo Rebeca (incluidas tus recomendaciones para nuestros días posteriores). ¡Hasta pronto! Ah!! Y las fotos 0€, un detallazo!!!

Una experiencia inolvidable

Día inolvidable, calidad-precio insuperable. Tras no estar seguro con quien realizar esta excursión, finalmente nos decidimos por reservar en Marinalia por sus reseñas tan positivas, y ha sido una de las mejores decisiones que hemos tomado estas vacaciones. Impresionante las vistas de la bahía de Altea así como del fondo marino y la fauna. Era nuestra primera vez haciendo snorkel y repetiremos el año que viene. Y por último, mi agradecimiento a Rebeca y a Dani (la guía y el patrón del barco) quienes se portaron estupendamente con nosotros y nos hicieron la visita (aún) más amena con sus comentarios tan interesantes.
