The Double Dive Try Scuba Experience in Lanzarote begins with a 40-minute theory session where you'll learn the basics of scuba diving: safety rules, how the gear works, underwater communication, and diving physics. Then weāll head to the dive site where youāll start with a shallow dive to get used to breathing underwater and using the equipmentāalways under the watchful eye of our experienced instructors.
After the first 45ā50-minute dive, youāll take a short break. During this time, weāll review your sensations, go over buoyancy control, and prepare for your second diveāslightly deeper and even more exciting.
Because itās a true introduction to scuba diving that lets you build confidence step by step. Youāll have the chance to feel comfortable with the equipment, adapt to being underwater, and explore marine life at your own pace. Itās fun, safe, and incredibly rewarding.
