There is an option to arrange meals at a restaurant, they will pick you up from the boat to go down and walk around the island of Tabarca to discover its most secret places, such as the village, its walls, the Governor's House, the Church, its fields, the Barracks, the Lighthouse, etc.

2 options to choose from:

  • Duration 4 hours: Departure at 10h – 14h or 15h – 19h
  • Duration 8 hours: Departure at 11:00 and arrival at 19:00

On weekends in High Season only 8-hour outings are available

  • Departure from Marina Miramar, Mooring No.150, Pontoon D Sports Port 2, North Dock, (Santa Pola)
  • Check availability to depart from Alicante (price increases by 120€)
  • Low season: November 1st to March 31st.
  • Mid season: April 1st to May 31st and September 19th to October 30th.
  • High season: June 1st to September 18th.

No 4-hour departures are made on weekends in High Season

What does the boat trip to Tabarca Island from Santa Pola involve?

Tabarca Island is the only permanently inhabited island in Spain, located in the Mediterranean Sea and off the city of Alicante, to which it belongs, at a distance of eleven nautical miles and near Cape Santa Pola. In fact, it is more of a small archipelago, consisting of Tabarca Island itself and the islets La Cantera, La Galera, and La Nao.

We will embark at the port of Santa Pola at 10:30 AM. Next, we will navigate in various directions, depending on the wind, approaching Tabarca Island. We will visit the island and explore its most secret spots. We will anchor nearby and can have lunch on Tabarca, being picked up by a boat that will take us to the port, where we disembark to eat at a typical seafaring restaurant. Afterwards, we will return to the boat to nap or swim at the beach. Then, we will sail back towards Alicante, watching a beautiful and romantic sunset.
