Conditions

  • Activity available from April to October
  • The activity is not guided: the island visit and snorkeling are self-led.
  • Swimming skills are required to participate in the snorkeling.
  • Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for minors or if indicated by the crew.
  • Recommended minimum age: 4 years old (must be accompanied by an adult).
  • No pets allowed on board.
  • It is important to notify the company staff if you have any physical conditions such as pregnancy, back pain, etc.
  • A minimum of 8 people is required for each excursion. If this number is not reached, the customer will be contacted to reschedule the tour or receive a refund.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before boarding time.
  • Boarding under the influence of drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • For any questions, you may call: +34 96 574 00 36.
  • If weather conditions prevent sailing, the customer may reschedule the activity for another date agreed with the skipper. The decision to begin or continue the activity lies exclusively with the technical crew.

  • If the customer cannot reschedule, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied, plus any extra costs already incurred (e.g., transport, additional boats, catering), as administrative expenses.
