What is the SUP STEP Altea?

SUP Step is a sport performed on the sea on a board with elliptical propulsion. With the SUP Step Altea, you exercise your whole body to glide over the sea surface. This sport provides increased stimulation for the legs and glutes, always keeping the abdominals as the core strength center.

You will pick up the necessary equipment to perform SUP STEP in Altea at the adventure center, located in the Marina Greenwich sports harbor in Altea. The instructors will provide everything you need and explain how to use it.

It is aimed at those who want to try a novel and different activity, suitable for both experienced and inexperienced people, recommended for young to adult individuals.
