  • Boarding under the influence of drugs is prohibited

  • If the weather does not permit sailing, the client may change the date of the activity to another date, agreed with the shipowner. The decision to start or continue the activity normally is exclusively up to the technicians of Aventurero CatamarĆ”n. If the client cannot change the date, the cancellation cost is 15% of the value of the activity plus any extra costs if there are any (possible travel, additional boats, catering etc) as administrative expenses.
