Returns
We’re sorry you want to return the service you purchased, as our customers are usually satisfied.
However, if for any reason you wish to return what you’ve purchased, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (as long as the service has not been used).
Legally, this is known as the “Right of Withdrawal”, and on this page, you’ll find detailed information about the return conditions.
To proceed with the return of a service purchased on Marinalia, you must read the return conditions and, if you meet the requirements, fill out this form:
- If you request a refund within 14 days after purchase (and provided that you haven’t booked a date for the activity), a management fee of €1 per person in the reservation will apply.
- If more than 15 days have passed since the date of purchase, no refunds are accepted, only changes.
If the provider permanently or indefinitely stops offering the service, the user will be entitled to a refund or to an alternative.
If the provider is not available on the confirmed date, an alternative date or activity will be offered. If the user refuses the change, the booking will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
If the provider is not available on the user’s preferred date, and the user has not consulted Marinalia beforehand, an alternative date or activity will be offered. If the user refuses the change, the booking will be cancelled and a €1 fee per person will apply.
No refunds are issued due to COVID.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS FOR ORGANIZED TOURS
For any tour under the "Sports and Adventure" category (boat trips, water activities, motor activities, multi-adventure, or aerial activities), if the user has selected a date, cancellation will follow this refund policy*:
- Up to 7 days before departure: 90% refund
- Up to 5 days before departure: 65% refund
- Up to 24 hours before departure: 40% refund
- Within 24 hours of departure: no refund
If the user fails to show up at the scheduled departure time, no refund will be issued unless agreed otherwise between the parties.
If the provider cancels the activity for reasons not attributable to the user, the user will be entitled to a refund or a rescheduled date.
If the cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g., weather conditions), which are unpredictable and beyond the company’s control, the user will receive a voucher for the same amount to use on another date during the season, or a refund.
CANCELLATIONS FOR BOAT RENTALS, STAG/HEN PARTIES, AND PRIVATE EVENTS
For cancellation or modification of any stag/hen party package, the following conditions apply:
- More than 21 days before the event: €1 fee per person
- Up to 14 days before the event: 65% refund
- Up to 7 days before the event: 40% refund
- Less than 7 days before the event: no refund

Once the activity or service has been carried out, you may not request a refund or compensation, as your participation confirms your acceptance and satisfaction with the service.
Provider cancellation
If the weather does not allow the activity (e.g., boat trips), the user may reschedule the activity. The final decision to cancel or continue is up to the company’s technical staff.
If the user cannot reschedule, a 20% cancellation fee will apply as administrative costs.
